What we can provide

• Aggregate statistics on entries, band distribution and outcomes
• Explanation of the band scale and how results are marked
• Comment on English language assessment policy and recognition
• The specimen Test Report Form and brand assets

What we will not provide

We do not confirm, deny or discuss any individual candidate's result, attendance or conduct — including to confirm that a named person sat the test. This holds regardless of who is asking or what they have already been told.

Institutions verifying a certificate should use the verification service rather than the press office.

Using the CELP name

The CELP name and shield may be used in editorial coverage. They may not be used in a way that implies endorsement of a product, a preparation course or an institution.
